Campaign finance law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals who make contributions during each election cycle.

Contributions to Susan for Colorado must be made with a personal credit card and not a corporate or business card. Contributions are not deductible as charitiable contributions for income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited. Contributions from lobbyists and their principals when the General Assembly is in regular session are prohibited. Contributions from eligible partnerships and limited liability companies must be allocated among partners and LLC members. Contributions are limited to $400 per person, $400 per political committee and $4,500 per small donor committee, and are subject to applicable restrictions of Colorado Constitution Article XXVIII and the Colorado Fair Campaign Practices Act.
